Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy
At Solarware Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges and warranties are handled.
1. Warranty
Solarware Store provides a 1-year warranty on all products sold and all workmanship completed by our team.
Warranty Covers:
Manufacturing defects
Faulty components
Workmanship failures
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Incorrect installation not performed by Solarware Store
Misuse, negligence or accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, storms)
If a problem occurs within the warranty period, contact us for an assessment, repair or replacement.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
All accessories/manuals are included
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that have been installed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2.2 Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos or a video as proof
We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no cost to you
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty on arrival, the following items cannot be returned:
Batteries
Electrical components that have been installed or connected
Special-order or custom products
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If Approved:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping for “change of mind” returns is at the customer’s cost
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or faulty item), we cover the shipping
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Additional shipping fees may apply for customer-requested exchanges.
